Hi, My name is Bella Delgado, and I am the owner and baker of Que Bella Bakery. I have always been passionate about food and had dreams of owning my own bakery. At fourteen I found out I was gluten intolerant. I thought the dream of baking full time was over. I began eating gluten-free and realized while many people are also gluten-free, there are not many gluten-free options out there. I went back to the kitchen, tested recipes, tested gluten-free flour, and began baking gluten-free treats. Finally, I had delicious gluten-free treats. My purpose at Que Bella Bakery is to bake the most delicious gluten-free sweets in the Oklahoma City area. As Que Bella Bakery has grown I now offer gluten-free dairy-free sweets, gluten-free vegan sweets, and gluten-free wedding cakes. ABOUT ASPEN COFFEE COMPANY Aspen Coffee is Oklahoma's Original craft-coffee. We've been roasting our coffee in small batches for the freshest beans possible, in Stillwater, OK since 1994. To insure the absolute best drinks, our baristas hand-craft each one on a La Marzocco espresso machine. (we will never use automatic machines; we promise) We think you're worth it. Since 1994 Sure, we think the coffee is great. And we obsess over every step in the process. We roast it fresh and pamper it all the way to the cup. All the coffee we send out is roasted to order making it is as fresh as it can be. We use manual espresso machines, kickin’ it old school. We make each drink to order, and if something isn’t perfect, we do it over. We have six locations in Oklahoma. Four in Stillwater (GO Pokes!) and one in Edmond. Our menu varies a bit between locations but the coffee is always great (and locally roasted)!
