Hi, My name is Bella Delgado, and I am the owner and baker of Que Bella Bakery. I have always been passionate about food and had dreams of owning my own bakery. At fourteen I found out I was gluten intolerant. I thought the dream of baking full time was over. I began eating gluten-free and realized while many people are also gluten-free, there are not many gluten-free options out there. I went back to the kitchen, tested recipes, tested gluten-free flour, and began baking gluten-free treats. Finally, I had delicious gluten-free treats. My purpose at Que Bella Bakery is to bake the most delicious gluten-free sweets in the Oklahoma City area. As Que Bella Bakery has grown I now offer gluten-free dairy-free sweets, gluten-free vegan sweets, and gluten-free wedding cakes.
